Heat sheets are now final. If an athlete is not listed in the program they didn't make this year's meet. All alternates that we could move into the meet have been entered. There will be no alternates list going forward all other athletes have been dropped at this point. No adds or alternates at the meet. We will only be taking drops for all events by email or in person at the clerk of the course. Team Fees are due at team registration. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION ON WHAT YOUR TEAM FEE ARE, JUST EMAIL ME email@example.com, I will reply. All team fees are based off the Wednesday evening entry list (If a team had any scratches after the deadline that team will still need to pay for the entry, but if you had any adds that got in after the Wednesday deadline those are free) Coaches or athletes please check in at the clerk when you arrive to update any drops for the meet to help us with proper lane seeding. Slight time schedule adjustment: for only the PV and HJ: Some flights starting time was moved up 30 mins- (Please check the new schedule posted online now.) 2017 Schedule (Final - Friday AM) The Ray Solari Stadium at South Pas High will open for entry at 12:30PM. Team packet pick-up opens at 12:00PM Pick-up your packets on Diamond Ave in the lobby of the gym. There will be no coaches allowed on the infield this year (except for pole vault coaches.) PV Coaches can receive a wristband at the field entry gate before going in. Team warm-up area is in the baseball field. Athletes will be called to the clerk of the course only 2 races before their event. Athletes will immediately be brought onto the infield for staging and receiving hip numbers. The meet will run on strict time schedule so please make sure your athletes are checking in. School fees can be calculated using the formula.
Schools can count your number of entries and use this formula:
1-3 individual events = $25 per event
4-6 individual events = $20 per event
7+ individual events = $15 per event
$30 per Relays
