Schools can count your number of entries and use this formula:
1-3 individual events = $25 per event
4-6 individual events = $20 per event
7+ individual events = $15 per event
$30 per Relays
Fees are NOT by athlete, they are by total entries(event)
Aquinas Total Individual Entries: 2 - Total Relays: 0
1-3 entries, no relays -- 2 x $25 = $50
Antelope Valley -- Total Individual Entries: 4 - Total Relays: 0
4-6 entries, no relays -- 4 x $20 = $80
EXAMPLE 3: Buena Total Individual Entries: 25 - Total Relays: 2
7+ entries, 2 relays -- (25 x $15) + (2 x $30) = $375 + $60 = $435
Final Heat Sheets are now up with alts listed. There has been a change to the Schedule, High Jump has been changed. Please check the Schedule for those changes. Final Accepted Entries are now posted. You can use the School by School entries to calculate team fees. Examples are on the Entries Page.
Team invoices are set but if you have any scratches please email email@example.com, so we can run a more efficient meet and adjust startline/field event sheets. As well as move in alternates into those spots. Thank you.
All entries at this time will count against your final team invoices.
Updated heat sheets and program will be posted Wednesday evening. Along with an invoice. All team fees are based off the Wednesday (4/4) evening entry list (If a team had any scratches after the deadline that team will still need to pay for the entry, but if you had any alternates that get in after the Wednesday deadline those are free)
Coaches or athletes please check in at the clerk when you arrive to update any drops for the meet to help us with proper lane seeding.

- Scratches should be sent in by email to firstname.lastname@example.org(all scratches emailed in before Tuesday 04/03/18 8PM will not be charged an entry fee and alternates will be moved in)
The Ray Solari Stadium at South Pas High will open for entry at 11:00AM.
Pick-up your packets on Diamond Ave. by the gym.
There will be no coaches allowed on the infield this year (except for pole vault coaches.) PV Coaches can receive a wristband at the field entry gate before going in.
Team warm-up area is in the baseball field. Athletes will be called to the clerk of the course only 2 races before their event. Athletes will immediately be brought onto the infield for staging and receiving hip numbers. The meet will run on strict time schedule so please make sure your athletes are checking in. School fees can be calculated using the formula.
