    • Scratches should be sent in by email to (all scratches emailed in before Wed noon will not be charged an entry fee and alternates will be moved in)
    • Heat sheets are now final. If an athlete is not listed in the program they didn't make this year's meet. All alternates that we could move into the meet have been entered. There will be no alternates list going forward all other athletes have been dropped at this point. No adds or alternates at the meet. We will only be taking drops for all events by email or in person at the clerk of the course.

      Team Fees are due at team registration. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION ON WHAT YOUR TEAM FEE ARE, JUST EMAIL ME, I will reply. All team fees are based off the Wednesday evening entry list (If a team had any scratches after the deadline that team will still need to pay for the entry, but if you had any adds that got in after the Wednesday deadline those are free)

      Coaches or athletes please check in at the clerk when you arrive to update any drops for the meet to help us with proper lane seeding.

      The Ray Solari Stadium at South Pas High will open for entry at 12:30PM. Team packet pick-up opens at 12:00PM
      Pick-up your packets on Diamond Ave in the lobby of the gym.
      There will be no coaches allowed on the infield this year (except for pole vault coaches.) PV Coaches can receive a wristband at the field entry gate before going in.

      Team warm-up area is in the baseball field. Athletes will be called to the clerk of the course only 2 races before their event. Athletes will immediately be brought onto the infield for staging and receiving hip numbers. The meet will run on strict time schedule so please make sure your athletes are checking in. School fees can be calculated using the formula.

      Schools can count your number of entries and use this formula:
      1-3 individual events = $25 per event
      4-6 individual events = $20 per event
      7+ individual events = $15 per event
      $30 per Relays

* Exciting news for 2017!! The Arcadia Invitational has graciously extended an opportunity for all participants at our Tiger Invite this year, the chance to Win/Jump/Race your way in to the Arcadia Invitational Saturday day meet. The overall top finisher at the Tiger Invite in the; 100m, 200m, 400m, 100mH/110HH, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, and Shot Put, who ALSO hit the qualifying mark will be added into the Saturday morning portion of the Arcadia Invitational. They must win their event @ Tiger and also reach the minimum qualifying mark to be eligible. In addition, any finishers, after the winners, who also hit the qualifying mark, will have the opportunity to go the Arcadia Invitational Saturday day meet, as an alternates in those events (with a chance to compete).

Custom Tiger Invite awards will be given out to the top 3 finishers in each event. Distance Races only will be awarded to Top 5 Finishers in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m.

Selection Process
With limited entries available, top athletes/marks will be given priority into events

Out-of-state and international teams must declare their intent to compete as soon as possible at EPI Sports.The Tiger Invite has forwarded a list of out-of-state schools (which will be updated as we draw closer to meet date) to the national high school federation office to seek approval from their respective state associations to compete. Most states do grant approval, with limited exception. If you are unsure of your state's standing, contact the meet director. The national federation website ( also has an updated report if which states approve/deny Tiger Invite for participation
by their member schools. Once again, please declare ASAP to ensure your can compete.

3/16" to 1/4" Needles or Pyramid Spikes are allowed  Spikes will be sold at the meet.

New!! 8 lanes for 100m/high hurdles, 7 lanes for lap/relay races. Shot put arena, high jump pit on the north d-sector, pole vault pit and long/triple jump pit on the south d-sector surrounding a Field Turf football/soccer field.  The meet crew/staff, officials, competitors, equipment and water are the only things permitted onto the track.  No food, no gum, no seed shells, no flavored drinks, no visitors nor coaches are permitted onto the track/field. 
The baseball field located just south of the track will be provided as a warm-up area.  We ask that participants stay off the baseball infield.
These will be open to public; men/women restrooms are located on the northeast and northwest side of the stadium.  There will not be a proper locker/dressing room for athletes; be properly dressed for competition upon arrival.
A snack bar/grill will be serving food & drinks throughout the evening; located on the northwest side of the stadium.

ENTRY FEES (no increase in entry fees from 2015)
Entry fees are calculated per athlete.  Schools will not be charged for any athletes that are entered by the coach into the database but do not qualify into the meet.

Individual entry fees:

1-3 individual events = $25 per event
4-6 individual events = $20 per event
7+ individual events = $15 per event
$30 per Relay

Fees are due at packet pick-up.  Teams will not be allowed access into stadium nor will they be allowed to compete unless entry fees have been paid.

NFHS requires that all athletes compete in school-issued uniforms that comply with NFHS rules.  Competitors not wearing school uniforms may be denied the opportunity to compete by the officials.
Each relay squad is responsible for their own baton.  Batons will NOT be provided.
Teams need to keep their canopies on the very top row of the bleachers.  Canopies are not allowed on the bleachers located in front of the press box.  Teams can also place canopies in the warm-up field along the wall and fence.
